oil filtration technology
FiltaFry
has developed a portable high pressure filtration system specifically
designed for exclusive use by Franchisees.
Our
filtering process purifies and polishes the oil, while removing
carbons, odours and impurities which cause the oil to break down.
The
cooking oil is removed from the deep fryer at cooking temperature via
a lance. The oil passes through an initial pre-filter, filtering the
oil down to 80-90 microns then through the specially adapted main
filter, filtering the oil down to 1 micron.
The
sophisticated technology used in the FiltaFry process ensures a clean
operation through minimal contact with the deep fryer, with all
remaining debris removed via the vacuum system.
Because the unit is a sealed system it is clean and quiet. The unit is
simple to operate and, once trained, a FiltaFry Franchisee will know
how to make the most of this advanced unit.

clean range hood filters and decarbonise kitchen equipment
The cleaning system is specially designed and formulated to remove
the build up of carbon, fat, grease and oil through a process that has
been endorsed by HACCP as a food safe aid to cleaning and is
environmentally friendly.
