The on-site deep fryer service takes about 20 minutes per fryer. Simply turn on the machine using the high temperature lance, empty the oil into the machine for automatic filtering. Then a quick clean of the fryer, return the filtered oil and you ready to move on to the next job.
The range hood exchange service only takes around 5 to 10 minutes per job. The decarbonising of equipment is taken off site and placed into your cleaning system, rinsed and returned clean to the customer the following day.
